Texts

(1) Thom 61:3

Jesus said, "Two will recline on a couch; one will die, one will live." 2 Salome said, "Who are you, mister? You have climbed onto my couch and eaten from my table as if you are from someone." 3 Jesus said to her, "I am the one who comes from what is whole. I was granted from the things of my Father." 4 "I am your disciple." 5 "For this reason I say, if one is (whole), one will be filled with light, but if one is divided, one will be filled with darkness." [Complete Gospels]

No copies of this portion of Thomas survive in Greek. For the Coptic version see [Early Christian Writings]

(2) 2Q: Luke 10:22 = Matt 11:27

All things have been handed over to me by my Father; and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

(Luke 10:22 GNT-T)

= Matt 11:27

All things have been handed over to me by my Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

(Matthew 11:27 GNT-T)

(3) Gospel of John

(3a) John 3:35

The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in his hands.

(John 3:35 GNT-T)

(3b) John 13:3a

Now before the festival of the Passover, Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart from this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end. 2 The devil had already put it into the heart of Judas son of Simon Iscariot to betray him. And during supper 3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going to God, 4 got up from the table, took off his outer robe, and tied a towel around himself.
